Where do I pay?
If you live in the Tampa Bay Area, please feel free to make your purchase via my online store under "available works". I will reach out to you via email after the purchase has been made to coordinate delivery, which I will deliver to you if located in the Tampa Bay Area.
If you are outside of the Tampa Bay Area and interested in one of my pieces, please either email, dm, text or call with the information I have provided in the contact information for quote on shipping and handling. Please provide your address or zip code so I can get you the best estimate on shipping per the size of the piece you are interested in. Please also indicate the name of the available art work you are requiring about and I will email you back with a quote/invoice.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted!
How much is delivery?
If you are local - in the Tampa Bay Area - Free Delivery is available.
If you require delivery, shipping depends on location as well as size of painting. Please either email, dm, text or call with the information I have provided in the contact
information for quote on shipping and handling.
What does the sales process look like?
Once communication via delivery has been determined (via free local delivery or shipping) and payment is made in full, your painting will be securely packaged and the shipping
(or local delivery) process will begin.
When will I receive my artwork?
Painting will be shipped within 3 days and delivery from courier of course depends on location.
Local delivery is within 5 - 7 business days.
Does the artwork come framed?
Unless stated, the artwork does not come framed. However, I am happy to have the piece custom framed for you at an additional cost. Please either email, dm, text or call with the information I have provided in the contact information for inquiry on framing. Please also provide the painting you are acquiring about.
Are there any specific hanging instructions?
All paintings come pre-wired for easy hanging.
What is your returns policy?
My priority is to put a smile on your face, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase then yes, of course you can place a return. The return needs to be addressed within the first two weeks of the sale and a full refund or exchange will be determined once the original work of art has been received by Ali Curtis Art, within the same condition it was in during the original point of sale.
